Storyline: What is the Jdrama all about?

He wishes to confess his love for her and spend the rest of his life with her. But, destiny had other plans for the two. As the day of the proposal arrives, Hibiki finds himself lost in a tunnel. Summoning power and gathering all the energy he can, he tries to make his way out of the tunnel. It takes him 4 long days to see the scintillating world again and breathe in a free atmosphere.
