Premiering back on 16th April 2021, we have seen Marvyn grow from his unemotional stoic nature to a good coach. Big Shot Season 1 Episode 9 titled “Beth Macbeth” starts off with Marvyn being hired as the new coach to UCSB. And as he arrives at his new home court, he is astonished by the facilities. And after the assurance by Arielle, even Marvyn begins to accept his possible departure. Elsewhere, Emma is being signed up to prep school in Wisconsin by her mother, but she does not wish to leave town. So, Maryn consoles her as to how she need not leave the town. She even has a fight with Harper at their dress rehearsal for Macbeth over how Harper may have received her role. Somewhere else, Destiny is revealed to be the adoptive daughter of Christina. Meanwhile, the school’s board is unwilling to have Holly replace Marvyn as the new manager. And when later Holly and Marvin speak, the girls are able to see this conversation from video footage. Here, they learn how Marvyn was about to leave their team. Nevertheless, Marvyn was happy that the girls had come to the play. But, the girls were furious at him, followed by the performance of Macbeth at the school play.
